The South East London and Kent Neurosciences Network supports a range of specialist multi disciplinary team (MDT) meetings that facilitate collaborative decision making and streamlined patient care.
Referrals must be made by a registered medical professional. Self referrals or referrals from patients, families or non clinical staff cannot be accepted.
Please ensure all referrals include relevant clinical information and imaging (where applicable). If you are unsure which MDT is most appropriate, contact the relevant specialty lead or Network Coordinator for advice.
